LIVESTREAM! From the comfort of your home over GOOGLE MEET. Get the 30 0f the 75 hours of classes you need to sit for the real estate exam. This class is made up of two courses – Real Estate Fundamentals and Real Estate Practice. The classes are designed to be independent and complimentary, which means you need them both but you can take them in either order. Class meets twice per week on Monday and Thursday, Evenings from 5:30 pm until 8:30 pm.

We will be using Modern Real Estate Practice in Pennsylvania – 15th Edition –
You will need a device which supports video and audio and can connect using Google Meet over the internet to participate in this class. You must be present and ON CAMERA for your attendance to count. Real Estate Commission requires 80% attendance to pass the class.
