PA Agents can now apply online for their real estate license
I just discovered this on the PA Real Estate Commission website – maybe this is old news, but now you can apply ONLINE for your real estate initial license. There are instructions on this page – this is some great news and should speed up the process for those agents who have completed their classes and passed their tests. Of course it requires the broker hiring you to sign you on as a new agent – we are happy to help!
Education Requirements to Increase
There is legislation pending to increase the amount of education required to sit for the PA Real Estate Salespersons exam. Currently 60 hours of education is required, which could soon become 90 hours.

This is a SPECIAL EVENT – take the classes to qualify to sit for the PA Real Estate Agent exam over the holiday. Intense 12 class schedule over 3 weeks gets it done. Class meets Monday – Friday for 3 weeks starting Monday December 17 and wrapping up January 4 until we have 12 sessions in. All classes meet from 545PM – 10PM. We are going to frequently update our class offerings as it gets colder outside. The best thing to do when real estate slows down is to sharpen your skills. Now is the time to get some training!
Right away we are going to do some forms training for the new Instanet forms. If you missed our previous sessions you missed some great training. Training class is set for 6-8pm on Monday January 9th. If you got an email from us, it contained a typo and it looked like it could be the 26th and the 9th – so we are going to do it BOTH nights – just pick one and schedule it!

RE Campus now up and running
We now have our RECampus website up and running. This is online CE through Advance Academy instead of from another provider. You actually take your final test and get a certificate directly through us, your local provider. The prices are great and there are quite a few courses to choose from.
