LIVESTREAM! From the comfort of your home over GOOGLE MEET. Broker Candidate Prescribed Course – Residential Construction. This class gets you the 30 hours and 2 Broker credits you need. Class meets on four (4) Mondays, April 22, 29, May 6, and 13, 2024 from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm.
In this four day, 30-hour “prescribed” course, students will be exposed to the concepts of building. Terms, definitions, illustrations, and the latest technology, in home building, will be discussed. Many students just LOVE this course! This is a GREAT course for Real Estate Salespersons, Brokers, Appraisers, and/or ANYONE, who desires to learn more about RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION. DOES NOT include textbook. Handouts will be provided.
You will need a device which supports video and audio and can connect using Google Meet over the internet to participate in this class. You must be present and ON CAMERA for your attendance to count. Real Estate Commission require attendance to pass the class. Note that broker courses also count towards PA Continuing Education. Note you can pay with a credit card even though it says Paypal – you don’t have to have a Paypal account. It will let you pay as a Guest.
