This Course will give you 45 of the 75 hours of classes you need to sit for the Pennsylvania real estate exam. This class is made up of two courses – Real Estate Fundamentals and Real Estate Practice. The classes are designed to be independent and complimentary, which means you need them both but you can take them in either order. Class meets twice per week on Monday and Wednesday Evenings from 5:30 pm until 830pm.
DOES NOT include textbook. Textbooks can be purchased for $55 at our Hollidaysburg office.
We will be using Modern Real Estate Practice in Pennsylvania – 15th Edition –
