At the conclusion of this four (4) hour Continuing Education class, Students should have a good working knowledge of some of the potential problems that could occur with your Appraisal.

- Making sure that you clearly understand the scope of the work, Intended use and users.
- Will your report meet the client’s needs?
- Have you adequately analyzed “Highest and Best Use?”
- Do you know the difference between “Hypothetical Condition and Extraordinary Assumption?”
- Have you adequately considered exposure to the market?
