- WHY? This is a “Required” course, for those Licensees who wish to perform a BPO.

You will need a device which supports video and audio and can connect using Google Meet over the internet to participate in this class. You must be present and ON CAMERA for your attendance to count. The Real Estate Commission requires attendance to perform a BPO. Note: This courses also count towards 3 hours of PA Continuing Education.
