Real Estate Law
In this four day, 30-hour “REQUIRED” Pa. RE Broker candidate course, students will be exposed to the BASIC concepts of laws, relating to the real estate profession. Deeds, easements, encumbrances, and sales contracts will be discussed and much, much more. This is a REQUIRED course.

The Text Book used in this class will be “Real Estate Law” Eleventh Edition, Elliot Klayman. It can be purchased from Dearborn Real Estate Education, click on the link below:
You will need a device, which supports video and audio, and can connect using Google Meet, over the internet, to participate in this class. You must be present and ON CAMERA, for your attendance to count. Real Estate Commission requires attendance to pass the class. Note that broker courses also count towards PA Continuing Education.
Note, you can pay with a credit card even though it says Paypal – you don’t have to have a Paypal account. It will let you pay as a Guest.
