Course Policies:

For all courses there is a $25.00 fee for returned checks.

No recruiting policy
No recruiting for employment opportunities for any real estate brokerage firm is allowed in this class. Any recruiting should be promptly reported to the State Real Estate Commission by calling this number: 1-800-822-2113

Complaint Policy
If you have concerns about any portion of the school or its classes you can call us at 814-695-3050.  Students may obtain information about filing a complaint against the real estate education provider to the Bureau by calling this number: 1-800-822-2113

 

Refund Policies:

Classroom Courses:
Classroom enrollments are limited due to class size and seating availability.  Registration is confirmed and a seat reserved when a complete registration is received with payment in full in advance.

 

Every effort will be made to have the class as scheduled, however classes may be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances.  In the event Advance Academy cancels a class, a full refund will be made.

 

Once a classroom course is registered, if a student cancels for any reason, the student may use the credit towards any instructor-led classroom course within 6 months.  No refunds or credits are given for books, tapes, CD’s or software.

Courses require completion of the required number of hours for course credit and a 75% score on all exams to pass.

 

ONLINE Course Refund Policy:
Should you wish to cancel an ONLINE course, there are NO refunds or credits – all sales are FINAL.
