This is a SPECIAL EVENT – take the classes to qualify to sit for the PA Real Estate Agent exam over the holiday. Intense 12 class schedule over 3 weeks gets it done. Class meets Monday – Friday for 3 weeks starting Monday December 17 and wrapping up January 4 until we have 12 sessions in. All classes meet from 545PM – 10PM. Includes $40 textbook – this class includes both of the 30 hour classes needed for Pre-Licensure to take the PA Real Estate Agent exam. We strive to give our members the latest tools and techniques for effective adult education to meet and exceed the high standards demanded in real estate’s rapidly changing legal and professional environment.

We are going to frequently update our class offerings as it gets colder outside.  The best thing to do when real estate slows down is to sharpen your skills.  Now is the time to get some training!

Right away we are going to do some forms training for the new Instanet forms.  If you missed our previous sessions you missed some great training.  Training class is set for 6-8pm on Monday January 9th.  If you got an email from us, it contained a typo and it looked like it could be the 26th and the 9th – so we are going to do it BOTH nights – just pick one and schedule it!

We now have our RECampus website up and running. This is online CE through Advance Academy instead of from another provider. You actually take your final test and get a certificate directly through us, your local provider. The prices are great and there are quite a few courses to choose from. Blair and surrounding counties have long relied on out of town solutions for their training for real estate classes– announcing Advance Academy a full service solution for your education needs.  We have experienced instructors to teach classes in a variety of topics to help your ongoing educational requirements.  Class size will be limited and we can also use other facilities like local hotels for larger classes.  Online classes are also offered through our school.

As a local provider, we are interested in helping you meet your goals.  Our classes will typically be limited to 10-12 students.  We will setup classes for your office specifically and develop curriculum to help meet your needs.  We also offer multimedia classroom rental space for your educational and meeting needs.
