That’s right- we are holding classes in Hollidaysburg, Scranton, Johnstown, Reading and State College.  We are tailoring the available class times so that you can find a class that is convenient for you.  Check out our class schedule on the right side of the screen – and keep checking back as we add more classes and times.  If you have a special request, please email or call us.

SPECIAL HOLIDAY SESSION. Intense 3 week-12 class session over the holiday. We will fit 12 sessions in over 3 weeks in the evenings. Monday through Friday until we get all 12 sessions in. Includes $40 textbook – this class includes both of the 30 hour classes needed for Pre-Licensure to take the PA Real Estate Agent exam. A real estate license is perfect way to get your new career started.  Real Estate is an exciting field with lots of opportunities.  Many brokers are looking to bring on new agents and some will subsidize the cost of your classes.  Ask around and talk to brokers in advance to see if they have a policy to reimburse you or have a scholarship program.

Join us for our upcoming class starting September 25.  We have class two times per week on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 545PM to 10PM.  This lasts for 6 weeks and gets students the required 60 hours of education needed to sit for the PA Real Estate Agent exam.  Click on the link on the right hand side of this page for registration details.  Seats are limited so sign up early!

A real estate license is perfect way to get your summer started.  Teachers are great candidates for real estate since they have opportunity in the summer to take classes and can work in real estate part time.

Directions – We are located at 511 Allegheny Street – Suite 5  Hollidaysburg, PA 16648  Your GPS should find us easy!  We have parking behind the building in the alley – we also have on street parking which is METERED UNTIL 5pm.  There is swift enforcement by the meter lady who will ticket you if your parking is expired!
